Rental fees and terms are subject to change without notice. All rental requests require the approval of the Rector and Church Wardens and the granting of such requests are at their sole discretion.

Facilities:

Small Hall: This small parish hall, located in the basement, is great for medium-sized functions. Newly renovated, renters would have access to tables and chairs, and the room is air-conditioned in the summer months. This room is approx. 30'x35' and will seat about 50 people.

Fees:

• A $100 refundable deposit is required to cover the cost of unreturned keys and cleaning if necessary
• The rental fee for each room is $30/Hour + GST.
• The use of the kitchen, if available, is included in the hourly fee.
• Rooms are available to active Church members for personal use at a 50% discount.
• The fees stated are for one time occasional use rentals.  Fees and terms for long term, multiple time rentals are negotiable.

Rental Policy:

• A rental contract must be completed a minimum of 7 days in advance of the date required
• Payment must be in full and in advance by cheque or cash
• Renters must have liability insurance for personal injury and property damage.  Proof of insurance is required at the time of signing the rental contract.  Insurance is also available through the Church office.
• Cancellation must be a minimum of 5 days in advance of the date required.
• Deposits and advance payments are refundable upon cancellation.
• Other terms of use are detailed in the rental contract available from the Church office.
