PRAYER AFTER COMMUNION:  God of grace, we have received the memorial of the death and resurrection of your Son.  May your love, poured into us, bring us to your promises.  We ask this in the name of our Redeemer Jesus Christ.

Daily Bread Basket - This week’s item are canned fruit. Stay tuned each week for different items.

Feast of St. Stephen - We mark the Festival of our Patron Saint, St. Stephen, in this our 60th Anniversary year, next Sunday, August 1st.  On this special day, we want to have everyone together, so there will be one service beginning at 10 am.  Featured will be the Praise Band Shiyr, from Paris, Ontario.  They drew raves as they lead music for the Dioceses 150th anniversary.  Lunch will follow the service at a cost of 7 dollars per person.  You MUST RSVP to attend the lunch, by calling the office at 519-681-5153.

August Service Schedule - For the balance of August (8th, 15th, 22nd& 29th) there will be an 8:30am service at St. Stephens Memorial and 10:30am service at Christ Anglican Church.

Choir  - The choir is looking for new members!  We rehearse on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month and sing on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month.  Rehearsals will resume on Thursday, September 9 as we are now done for the summer.  If you are interested, please come on out and sing - all you need to have is the love of music!  If you have any questions, please contact Marque Smith by email at marquesmith@rogers.com  or by phone at (519) 645-0554. 

Golf Tournament - Last year the Diocese of Huron kicked off an Annual Golf Tournament at Greenhills in Lambeth. This year’s tournament is Saturday, September 25th. Food, golf, cart etc is $150.00. Let's have at least one foursome if not two in this event. See Keith for details. Ringers encouraged!!

Plan Ahead - Once again we have rented a "box" for a London Knights game this year.  Friday, October 15th the Erie Otters are in town.  Mark the date and watch for announcements as to we will begin selling tickets for this fun(d)raiser.
